Main Tasks:

Remote support for Franchisees during rennovation works, organize and launch of new Bakeries, on-going support for existing Bakeries
Remote support and control of Bakeries operations
Conduct on-site Bakery audits and employee evaluations
Monitor financial indicators and make recommendations to improve them
Ensure complience with Chain Standards
Business trips to various cities in Ukraine

Requirements:

1-year of leadership experience in food service industry as a manager / administrator / director
Knowledge of the fundamental operating criteria for food stores and quality of service
Restaurant economics, marketing, and management knowledge and skills
Confident PC user skills (Microsoft Office)
Business communication skills
POS system (1C) experience is an advantage
HACCP knowledge is an advantage
