STAGES OF COOPERATION

You find a suitable location that we approve

We conduct Financial Modeling & Calculations

Together we sign the Franchise Agreement for a period of 5 years

You pay the Initial Franchise Fee in full

We provide a detailed design with graphical visualisation and construction drawings

You conduct repairation and rennovation works in accordance to our design and drawings

We provide the list of equipment, furniture, fixtures, interior & exterior elements, small wares, opening inventory, etc

You buy the equipment, furniture, small wares, opening inventory, and other elements according to our lists

You get all the necessary permits to open the bakery from your local authorities accouring to our guidelines

Together we recruit employees including the Bakery Manager with the support of Lviv Croissants HR Department

We provide orientation, training, and certification for You and Your employees

We provide You with Lviv Croissants Operations Manual that includes our Chain & Franchise Standards, Technology Roadmap, guidelines, training materials, and other documents

We open the Bakery together with You

We provide You with a Certificate that confirms our Partnership

We provide on-going daily support of the Bakery after its opening
