We’ve chosen a Whole Grain Croissant as the base, pairing it with cream cheese and a yogurt-garlic sauce – a match made in heaven. Then we added pickled onion and fresh green onion for a tangy kick. To elevate the crunch, we included juicy apple slices and crispy iceberg lettuce. And of course, we’ve ensured the herring remains at the heart of this creation – the essence of Amsterdam Croissant.
